• Thursday-Friday 7am-7pm
• Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm

A Day in the Role of a Surveillance Command Center Operator: Under supervision of an on-site Command Center Manager, as a Surveillance Command Center Operator you will monitor our clients out of our Bayshore, NY command center. You will be an important part of our team, responsible for protecting people, buildings, or valuable items. Primary duties can include monitoring remote locations by camera, greeting, checking & admitting visitors remotely. Additionally, Surveillance Command Center Operators observe, responding and document any suspicious activity, distress calls and alarms.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have or be willing to attain a valid security guard license. 

        (Don’t worry we can help you get a license; it’s easy & we’ll pay for it.)

• Ability to stay levelheaded & respond quickly in stressful situations
• Proficient written & oral communication skills
• Customer Service skills to greet & check in visitors / must be a people person.
• Tech Savvy: Must have strong computer use skills
• Must have strong interpersonal / phone skills
